Not Feeling the Holiday Spirit? Here's How to Handle It!
If you’re like us, you may be hearing a common theme in conversations this week. We keep hearing things like, “It just doesn't feel like Christmas” or “I’m just not feeling the holiday energy like I usually do” or “With all that’s going on in the world, I just can’t seem to grab the spirit this year!”
Between the global noise, the busyness of personal to-do lists, and the lack of "movie-magic" moments, it’s easy to feel like the holiday spirit is missing in action. But from a MetaSpiritual perspective, the spirit of the season isn't something that happens to us—it’s a frequency we tune into. It’s an inside job!
The MetaSpiritual meaning of this time of year—aligned with the Winter Solstice—is the Birth of Light within the Darkness. It’s not about the decorations or the perfect dinner; it’s a symbolic reminder of the "Cosmic Consciousness" (the energy of universal love and higher awareness) awakening within each of us.
When we say we don’t "feel" the spirit, we are usually looking for it in the external world. But your vibration doesn't depend on what is happening on the news or even under the tree.
How to Maintain Your Higher Vibration
If you’re feeling a bit "dim" this week, try these three shifts to move back into a higher energy state:

Release the Shoulds
High vibration thrives on Authentegrity (our Core Ability that’s a mashup of authenticity and integrity). If you aren't feeling the festive “hype,” stop forcing it. Acknowledge your inner emotions, align with your values, and claim inner peace. Real peace has a much higher frequency than forced cheer.

Be the Source
From a MetaSpiritual perspective, we know that we experience what we emanate! If you feel the world lacks kindness or warmth right now, become the source of it. Create intentional acts of kindness, joy, empathy, gratitude, and peace. You'll be amazed how a simple, intentional act of presence can instantly raise your own vibration.

Experience the Power of Stillness
The highest energy isn't always loud. Spend five minutes in silence, visualizing a spark of light at your center growing brighter with every breath. This is the true “inner solstice.”

Reflective Questions / Journal Prompts
As you move through this week, may you remember that you are both the temple and the light within it.
May you find beauty in the quiet moments and strength in your own stillness. May you walk with the quiet confidence of one who knows their peace is not a gift from the world, but a gift from their own soul.
Whatever the world looks like outside your window, may the frequency of Love be the home you live in today and every day. Affirming Peace, Love, and Joy!
